My “Why” – Covert Results

I remember looking at the team and telling them, “I’m never coming back.” I didn’t know exactly what my plan was, I just knew that the way I had been treated for the last year was unacceptable. I said to myself, “I can be miserable or I can do something about it.” And Covert Results was born. Click this blog to read “Why” Robert Young traded in his badge and gun for entrepreneurship. You would be motivated too!

Knowledge is Power

The database we, at Covert Results, utilize the most is TLO by TransUnion. Many of our investigators are retired police officers. This was a database they used and were familiar with while on the department. Covert Results prefers this site to others since TLO is a trusted source and only available to police officers and LICENSED Investigators. Click on the blog to read how this database saved a man in a jury trial.

Child Custody Surveillance

Private Investigating in the “domestic” realm is often thought of as “catching the cheater.” However, the more common aspect is after a divorce has happened and parents are battling for custody of their children. Unfortunately, with the high rate of divorce, many individuals find themselves in court negotiating time with their kids. We have seen an increase in these type of cases for Covert Results and we have the experience to investigate these cases so that evidence is legally obtained and can be introduced in court.

Interning for Covert Results

As a kid, I had many different ideas of what I wanted to do when I grew up. Going through college, I discovered that I am interested in intelligence and security, but had no idea where to start. My name is Abbie, I will be a senior at the University of Mississippi, and this summer, I am interning with Covert Results. After searching for a Nashville security internship on Google, I found Covert Results and was immediately intrigued to learn about private investigation. I had heard about it before and was interested in the field, but I never fully understood just how much private investigators do. Today is only my third official day and I have already learned and experienced so much.

Better Background Checks

Things are starting to open back up. There will be new jobs, new opportunities and a chance for the economy to start to build back. New faces will start to appear in response to your job postings. The process for these applications will need to begin by assessing qualifications and seeing what type of person is in your office. Background checks should be done every time a new hire is considered. But, how are your background checks being  administered? What information is truly being gathered by your system in place? Many people don’t put references down that would speak poorly of them, and former employers can only verify employment. What information is truly being gathered? Covert Results has done the research and has firsthand experience on how to administer a quality background check.

Covert Results is Expanding to Clarksville

After 2 years of hard work, Covert Results is expanding. Up to this point, most of our work has taken place in Davidson County and immediate surrounding counties. These are the counties our investigators live in and where our clients have needed services. We have worked a handful of cases in Sumner, Wilson, Williamson, Robertson, Rutherford, Dickson, Cheatham, Humphreys, Maury, Coffee, Grundy, Madison, Shelby, Knox and a few other counties. For those cases, our Nashville investigators have been able to easily travel to those areas since they live or are reasonably close. We are excited to announce we’ve been able to more permanently expand and now we are offering our services in Clarksville!
