The team at Covert Results is constantly looking for avenues to improve. This week we were invited by EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) to attend the Scaling Up Reignite Summit 3.0. Moderated by Verne Harnish, founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), with over 13,000 members worldwide, and chair, for fifteen years, of EO’s premiere CEO program, the “Birthing of Giants” held at MIT, a program which he still teaches in today. Panel speakers included: Mark Cuban, Steve Forbes, Kat Cole, David Gardner, and other very successful entrepreneurs.
Running a Business During COVID-19
The Coronavirus is causing financial difficulties all over the United States. Isn’t the “19” part of COVID stands for the year 2019? Well it needs to get the heck out of here because it’s a new year…a new decade. Businesses have been forced indoors to deal with the current crisis. It is affecting small businesses in dramatic ways. Ransacked
When I was young, my dad’s police vehicle was ransacked. Driver’s side window was busted and they got a handgun and a shotgun. A truck driver in the neighborhood returned home about 3 am and jotted down a tag of a suspicious car. After my dad took the old school approach of ‘boots on the ground’ to question neighbors, he struck gold. The tag came back to the owner of a pawn shop. I was with my dad when he confronted the felon at his south Nashville home. Dad wasn’t playing and as he held his pistol on the man, telling him he wanted his guns back. Find out what happened!
