Navigating the Shadows with Covert Results

A Typical Day with A PI

At Covert Results Investigations and Security Firm, each day starts with a cup of coffee. There is “no tellin” why we were out late the night before, but I can promise you that it was something interesting. Some of the more recent cases that Covert Results has investigated have involved: cyber security, counter surveillance, child custody, vehicle theft, oh, and a jewelry heist. Everyday can be something different, and that’s what keeps our private investigators and security experts on their toes.

What Does a PI Do?

It is clear, after five years in business the general public does not really know or understand exactly what a licensed private investigator does. Covert Results, a private investigations and security company in Nashville, Tennessee has learned a thing or two about the market and the customers. At Covert Results we listen to the story, whether driven by stress or fear, and put a plan in place. Investigators develop a plan to help the potential client and guide them to their goal. New Law for Security Industry

On August 16, 2021 Dallas Barrett went to Whiskey Row for a night out with friends. Through the night a fight broke out between the security guards and Mr. Barrett. Six guards were used to restrain Barrett taking him to the floor, but ended up taking it too far. When police arrived on the scene Barrett laid unresponsive on the floor of the Nashville Bar. An autopsy would show Barrett passed due to oxygen deprivation. This incident prompted the state of Tennessee to take a step forward when it comes to the training of unarmed and armed officers where alcohol is being served on the premises.

Operation Rose First Annual Gala Event

If you were to close your eyes and think for a solid 30 seconds back to a time when you were about 10 years old. That is about the age when you should know what you really want to be when you grow up. Is it a doctor, a lawyer, or a professional athlete that you wanted to be when you grew up? If your brain is turning thinking back to a time when you decided exactly what you wanted to be. There is no doubt in our mind at Operation Rose that NO ONE had the thought of growing up and being trafficked.

Surveillance Workshop

“I’ve never done this before” is something Covert Results hears on a daily basis. When potential clients are calling to gather information on hiring a private investigator, specifically requesting a surveillance investigator, they often say that they have no idea where to start and that they have never turned to a private investigator as a guide in their relationship. During the initial consultation Covert Results will listen to the client and identify the problem. A plan will be set forth and it will be up to the client to put the plan in motion so it brings them results.

How Attorneys Use Investigators

From time to time attorneys will have clients that contact the board of professional responsibility to complain about the lack of communication. Covert Results private investigators can help bridge that gap in communication and help the attorney curb potential complaints.

How Attorney’s Use Pi’s

Attorneys are expected to deal with a number of tasks when it comes to working a case. Regardless of the size of their firm, attorneys need to have systems in place to avoid ethics complaints, ineffectual counsel claims, and even possible malpractice claims. Finally Exonerated

Could you imagine being in prison for a crime you didn’t commit? That is exactly what happened to Adam Braseel. Adam spent twelve years in a Tennessee prison for a murder that he didn't commit. When the TBI decided to re-run a fingerprint, some 10 years later, from the murder scene of Malcolm Burrows, there was a hit. But, it wasn’t Adam’s. The print was from a cop killer and now deceased Kermit Bryson who also had red hair and owned a gold car, like Adam.
